Refund policy
If you have changed your mind about an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please note - we cannot accept returns for jewellery, books or magazines.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with the problem and photos if possible. We will do everything we can to ensure a speedy and satisfactory result. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
